TENDENCIA NO POO

Hay una tendencia que últimamente estamos oyendo hablar mucho llamada “no-poo” (sin champú) que consiste en lavarse el cabello solo con agua y olvidarse del jabón, y a veces utilizar agua mezclada con bicarbonato o vinagre. De entrada ya os digo que con el lavado del cabello no se elimina la suciedad ni contaminación que se adhiere a nuestro cabello.

Para hacer alguna comparación, es como si laváramos la ropa sin detergente. Lo que esta tendencia quiere conseguir es dejar a un lado los componentes químicos y artificiales que contienen los champús comerciales y que nos pueden irritar el cuero cabelludo. También apuntan que si no usamos champú, el cabello produce menos grasa y se mantendrá limpio más tiempo. Según los dermatólogos, esta nueva moda puede producir irritaciones del cuero cabelludo, si se usa vinagre o bicarbonato, y puede favorecer la caída del cabello. Creo que lo mejor está en utilizar un champú lo más neutro posible y aplicar una cantidad adecuada según nuestra cantidad de cabello.
