POST ANTERIORSIGUIENTE POST Compartir: USOS DEL BICARBONATO DE SODIO EN NUESTRA PIEL 7 abril 2016 22 ¿Sabéis que podemos usar el bicarbonato de sodio para nuestra piel? ¡Tiene muchos beneficios y nos puede aportar mucho! ¡Vamos a verlo! 1. Como exfoliante. Debido a su textura y composición, lo podemos utilizar así. Solo hay que mezclar un poco de bicarbonato de sodio con agua, y hacernos una mascarilla. Podéis acompañarla de algún otro ingrediente como el aguacate o el yogurt. Lo aplicáis bien por todo el cuerpo con movimientos circulares, y después, solo hay que enjuagar bien. 2. Contra el mal olor. Si alguna vez no tienes desodorante o se te ha acabado ese mismo día, puedes mezclar un poco de bicarbonato con aceite de bebé o de almendras y frotarlo en las axilas. ¡Adiós al mal olor! 3. Como blanqueador. Seguro que muchas ya lo sabéis, pero el bicarbonato de sodio nos ayuda a aclarar el rostro y actúa como blanqueador natural. Lo podemos utilizar para aclarar axilas, rodillas o codos. Solo tenéis que mezclar un poco de agua con bicarbonato y frotar un poco la zona que queramos aclarar. ¡Cuidado en salir al sol con la mezcla puesta! 4. Suavizar las manos. Si vuestras manos están en contacto con productos químicos y otros agentes que pueden resecároslas, el bicarbonato irá genial para eliminar las células muertas y suavizarlas. Solo hay que mezclar una cucharada de bicarbonato con una cucharada de miel, y frotar toda las manos. Después, enjuagar. 5. Combatir el acné. El bicarbonato ayuda a combatir los granitos que nos salen. Para ello, mezclad un poco de bicarbonato de sodio con unas gotas de agua y unas gotas de limón, y aplicadlo directamente sobre el granito. ¡Ojo!
